This was the first Babes In Toeland collection.

After much agonizing, listing polishes, looking up item numbers and verifying them by finding pictures of the labels...I have come to the conclusion that there was no Babes In Toeland 1. Rather, the only thing that makes sense is that it did exist but was not billed as such since it was the first one. Perhaps it was made up of random polishes from 2000 that were later incorporated into the core line, or perhaps the records of very early China Glaze polishes really were bad enough that literally no mention of the collection exists on the internet at all. I'm extremely confident that my findings about the other six collections are correct - I just can't explain why #1 is missing.
