Released in 1999, probably for spring. Advertised in Mar 1999 Nailpro.
For years this was considered an unknown collection, based on the naming theme and the sequential numbers. In 2022, Vintage Dusties discovered a March 1999 issue of Nailpro with an advertisement for this collection!
